About Us
Environmentally Preferred Specialty Chemicals was at the forefront of the ongoing shift from hazardous specialty chemicals to environmentally responsible products. Founded in 1996, EPSC still leads the way with our water and solvent based compounds. Our focus is to help our customers reduce or eliminate the use of harmful chemicals in their industrial and commercial cleaning processes. Our goal is to improve worker safety, reduce impact to the environment and help our customers save money by reducing hazardous waste disposal costs.
Products
EPSC manufactures many aqueous parts cleaners that meet the strictest standards for industrial cleaning processes. We produce aircraft and aerospace-approved emulsifiers, non-emulsifiers and oil-splitting cleaners that pose no threat to workers nor to the air quality of the community. These high performance cleaners rinse free of any residue unlike powdered cleaners, so the parts can move on quickly to the next workstation. Among its many safe products, EPSC has available an oil dispersant to clean up oil spills on hard surfaces or water with no adverse impact on the environment. Finally, our aqueous products include a rust and mill scale remover for steel fabricators who may still be using dangerous acids for carbon steel cleaning.
